Booking and Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to secure all bookings.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 45 days before the booking start date.

Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the booking being cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

Customer Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing by email.

• If a booking is cancelled more than 45 days before the booking start date, the £200 deposit will be retained and any additional monies paid will be refunded.
• If a booking is cancelled 45 days or less before the booking start date, all monies paid are non-refundable.

If we are able to re-let the cancelled booking dates, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or partial refund, less a £50 administration fee.

The cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or alteration of any event, festival, show, gathering, or competition for which the caravan has been booked does not entitle the customer to a refund. All bookings remain subject to this cancellation policy.

We strongly recommend that customers obtain suitable travel insurance to cover cancellation, illness, adverse weather, event cancellation, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Issues Beyond Our Control

If we are unable to deliver the caravan due to severe weather, road closures, site restrictions, mechanical breakdown, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will endeavour to offer an alternative delivery date or a suitable replacement caravan where available.

If we are unable to provide a reasonable alternative, a full refund of any monies paid will be issued.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer, including travel expenses, accommodation costs, loss of enjoyment, or any other indirect losses.

Event Cancellations

The cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or alteration of any event, festival, show, gathering, or competition for which the caravan has been booked does not entitle the customer to a refund. All bookings remain subject to our standard cancellation policy.

Where an event is cancelled but the site remains open and the caravan can still be delivered and occupied, the booking shall remain valid.

If a campsite, venue, or site is closed, or access is withdrawn, preventing us from delivering the caravan, we will endeavour to offer an alternative date. Any credit, transfer, or refund will be considered at our discretion.
