Caravan hire costs are for the event duration, with delivery, setup and collection included.

We’ll liaise with you in advance to arrange the most suitable delivery and collection plan, taking into account campsite access and any event-specific requirements.

Comfort Grade (4-berth £900 | 6-berth £950)

Classic Grade (4-berth £825 | 6-berth £875)

Extras & fees

• Awning hire £130 per booking
• Outdoor table and chairs - £40

Booking info

• £200 deposit required to secure your caravan
• Remaining balance due 45 days before the event

Campsites

We can deliver to the official Badminton campsites and other suitable caravan sites in the surrounding area. Once your pitch is confirmed, send us the details and we’ll work with you to arrange the most appropriate delivery and collection option, including any access instructions or passes required by the campsite or event. The most popular sites we have experience in delivering to are:

We also provide caravan hire across Gloucestershire for holidays, events and longer-term stays.

You will need to book and pay separately (please see event websites) for campsite fees and entry tickets. Entry to the event is not provided with our caravan hire services.

How to Book

1. Browse our caravan hire pages to find the option that best suits your needs.

2. Submit a booking request online, call us on 07714 507583, or email Enquiries@Squaredaway.uk to check availability and discuss your requirements.

3. We will provisionally hold your chosen caravan for up to 72 hours, giving you time to confirm and book your campsite pitch.

4. Secure your booking with our standard £200.00 deposit to avoid missing out.
