Additional Information
Damage/ Booking Deposit
A refundable damage deposit is applied to all bookings. This is simply held to cover any accidental damage or issues that go beyond normal wear and tear, and it’s returned promptly once the caravan has been checked after your hire. We understand caravans inside out and know they can be fragile, and we also recognise that genuine accidents happen. We’re very realistic and fair when assessing any damage or repairs, and we’ll always distinguish between normal use and anything more significant. We just ask that any problems are reported to us as soon as they occur. Our aim is to keep everything straightforward, transparent, and stress-free for everyone.
Delivery/ Collection
Our delivery and collection fee is purely there to cover the cost of getting the caravan to and from your location. This includes the fuel used, the driver’s time, and the insurance required while transporting the caravan. We don’t make any profit on delivery – it’s simply the expense of safely moving the caravan to where you need it and bringing it back again.
