Caravan hire costs are for the event duration, with delivery and collection included.

For example, Delivery of a caravan on Thursday, ready for your arrival Friday when the event starts. Collection again on Monday morning after the event ends Sunday afternoon:

Comfort Grade (2-berth £765 | 4-berth £865 | 6-berth £965)

Classic Grade (2-berth £715 | 4-berth £815 | 6-berth £915)

Campsites

We are pleased to offer delivery to a wide range of caravan parks and campsites in the Kempsford and RAF Fairford area. Some of the most popular options include:

Kempsford Camping (GL7 4EG)

A temporary campsite that opens just for the week of the Royal International Air Tattoo each year. It’s located only 200 yards from the show’s Blue Gate, making it incredibly convenient for both FRIAT guests and general visitors.

Townsend Farm (GL7 4DY)

A friendly, family run campsite open to all ages during the Air Tattoo. It’s around 600 metres from the showground, so you can easily walk to and from the event.

Totterdown Hill Campsite (GL7 4DG)

Set on a beautiful countryside hilltop, this campsite looks out over the runway, with many of the displays flying right overhead. It’s a great spot if you want to enjoy the action even when you’re back at your pitch.

You will need to book and pay separately (please see event websites) for campsite fees and entry tickets. Entry to the event is not provided with our caravan hire services.

How to Book

1. Browse our caravan hire pages to find the option that best suits your needs.

2. Submit a booking request online, call us on 07714 507583, or email Enquiries@Squaredaway.uk to check availability and discuss your requirements.

3. We will provisionally hold your chosen caravan for up to 72 hours, giving you time to confirm and book your campsite pitch.

4. Secure your booking with our standard £200.00 deposit to avoid missing out.
