Caravan hire costs are for the event duration, with delivery and collection included.

For example, Delivery of a caravan on Thursday, ready for your arrival Friday when the event starts. Collection again on Monday morning after the event ends Sunday afternoon:

Comfort Grade (2-berth £805 | 4-berth £855 | 6-berth £905)

Classic Grade (2-berth £725 | 4-berth £775 | 6-berth £825)

Essential Grade - basic festival accommodation ranging from £500 - £700 - please enquire

What’s included (Comfort and Classic grade):

• Delivery and setup
• 100Ah lithium battery with solar recharging
• Gas bottle supplied
• Ready-to-use beds and seating
• On-site support throughout the event

Extras & fees

• Awning hire £130 per booking
• Outdoor table and chairs - £40

Booking info

• £200 deposit required to secure your caravan
• Remaining balance due 45 days before the event

Campsites 

For the 2026 event, all caravans should be sited in the Caravan, Campervan and Live-In Vehicle Field. Hirers will need to purchase a Medium or Large Campervan Pitch pass to gain access to this field. This must be purchased direct from the End of The Road Festival via their website at www.endoftheroadfestival.com. We do however deliver and setup to any surrounding campsite.

You will need to book and pay separately (please see event websites) for campsite fees and entry tickets. Entry to the event is not provided with our caravan hire services.

How to Book

1. Browse our caravan hire pages to find the option that best suits your needs.

2. Submit a booking request online, call us on 07714 507583, or email Enquiries@Squaredaway.uk to check availability and discuss your requirements.

3. We will provisionally hold your chosen caravan for up to 72 hours, giving you time to confirm and book your campsite pitch.

4. Secure your booking with our standard £200.00 deposit to avoid missing out.
